Program Disclaimer

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This disclaimer applies to all of Miranda Duncan’s coaching, courses, small groups, challenges, events, guides, the Faithful Habits app, and this website (together, the “Programs”). By joining or taking part in a Program, you agree to it.

Education, not medical care

Miranda Duncan is a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach. She is not a physician, registered dietitian, pharmacist, or licensed therapist. The Programs offer education, encouragement, and accountability. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace care from your doctor or other qualified health professional.

Talk with your doctor first

Please talk with your doctor before changing your eating, fasting, supplements, or exercise, and before acting on anything you learn in a Program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication (including for blood sugar or blood pressure), or have a health condition. Never stop or change a medication without your doctor. Any information about lab tests is for education only; your doctor interprets your results.

Exercise and fasting

Physical activity and changes to how and when you eat carry some risk. Listen to your body, start gently, and stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or anything unusual. You take part at your own risk.

Your choices and your results

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Results vary from person to person, and no specific result is promised. Stories and testimonials are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed outcomes.

Small groups and community

Groups are a place for encouragement and accountability. Please keep what others share private, be kind, and follow our community guidelines. Group size is limited so every woman is seen and supported.

Accountability records

Weekly check-ins, attendance, and accountability sheets help you stay on track and help Miranda support you. They are kept as a record of your participation, handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Faith

The Programs are rooted in Christian faith and include prayer and scripture. Spiritual encouragement is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

In an emergency

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). The Programs and the app are not monitored for emergencies.
